Cleaning system
- Debris collection starts with the front roller, which has a set of tines that rotate at speed. Both the height at which the pick-up works and the speed at which it rotates can be adjusted from the tractor cab. After collecting the waste from the shore, the screen sifts the sand to separate it from the waste, returning it to the beach immediately. The hydraulic system itself has a large oil tank and a cooling radiator to keep the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the circuit low. The cooling radiator is driven by its own engine which is also hydraulic and improves the efficiency and performance of the beach cleaner, and the rear hopper has a large capacity. The contents of the rear hopper are discharged from the driving position of the tractor by operating the lifting and tipping system.
